Healthy Tuna Salad
This salad goes well as a topping for Crispbread or just as a lunch.
Recipe:
- 1 Cup Canned Tuna
- 3 Cherry Tomato
- 1/4 Avocado
- 1/4 Red Onion
- 1/2 Small Bell Pepper (whatever color you prefer)
- 10 Slices of Cucumber
- 1 Cup Chinese Cabbage
- Garlic Salt
Cut all the ingredients into small cubes and mix well, adding the tuna last. Sprinkle some Garlic Salt as desired. Enjoy.
